What does "Sorry, the information you entered does not match our records" mean?

Q: Why is my information being considered as incorrect?

I am entering the information I know to be correct. Why am I being told it is incorrect?

A: There is an issue communicating with TransUnion.

Solution: To fix this, just go to your information in the screening section. Under Current Address, change the street type to either the full word or abbreviation. If you entered "St.", change it to "Street." If you entered "Street" change it to "St." This should allow the information to get pushed through to TransUnion so you can finish submitting your reports!
