What fee/subscription cost is associated with using RentSpree as an agent/landlord/property manager?
RentSpree is free to use for agents/landlords/property managers
There is no cost to use RentSpree! It is completely free to create an account, add your properties, and start sending application/screening requests efficiently! While there is a fee starting at $39.99 to generate the screening reports provided by TransUnion, you can have applicants pay that directly on our site. Which means, you no longer need to collect any form of payment from the applicants or submit payment yourself.
We do offer extra features for a monthly fee. This service is called RentSpree PRO and you can learn more about it here: What is RentSpree PRO?
