RentSpree is free to use — here's what to know about optional screening fees and premium features.
Creating a RentSpree account is free.
While there is a fee starting at $39.99 ($20 in the state of New York) to generate the TransUnion screening reports, you can have applicants pay that directly on our site. Which means, you no longer need to collect any form of payment from the applicants or submit payment yourself.
We do offer extra features for a monthly fee. This service is called RentSpree PRO and you can learn more about it here: What is RentSpree PRO?
