How to create an account with RentSpree

When creating a RentSpree account, you may sign up for free using 3 different methods:

Creating an account with your email address

1. From our home page, click on Try Now in the top right corner

2. You will be taken to a new page to create your account

  • Enter your email address and a password (at least 8 characters in length) in the provided areas
  • Check the box to agree with RentSpree's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and click Sign Up With Email

3. After entering your information, a Verification Email will be sent to your inbox. Please follow the instructions in the Verification Email to create an account

  • If the Verification Email does not appear in your inbox, you may press the Resend button to send it again. If the Verification email still does not appear, please check if it was entered correctly

4. After you verify your account, you will be asked to select whether you are an Agent, Owner, Manager, or Applicant

  • Please note that Agent, Owner, and Manager have the same Products & Features - the only difference between these 3 roles is their names.
    • If you choose Applicant, please note that this role is only for filling out Applications and will not have any screening options.
  • Select one and click Continue

 

5. That's it! You have now successfully created your own RentSpree account

Signing up with RentSpree using your Google account

1.From our home page, click on Try Now in the top right corner

2. You will then notice a sign-up screen asking for an email and password. Below the Sign Up with Email button, click on Google.

3. A pop-up will appear asking you to select which Google account you would like to use.

  • If you have previously signed in to Google on this device, you will be asked to select which account you would like to use. If this is your first time signing into Google on this device, then you will be asked to either enter your login information OR you will have to click on Use another account.

4. Once you select which account you would like to use, enter your password and click Next.

5. That's it! Once you've entered the correct information, you will be brought to your dashboard or, if you are applying to a property, to the apply now page to submit your application and screening reports!

Signing up with RentSpree using your Facebook account

1. From our home page, click on Try Now in the top right corner

2. You will then notice a sign-up screen asking for an email and password. Below the Sign Up with Email button, click on Facebook

3. Once you click on Facebook, a pop-up box will ask you to sign in to Facebook. Enter your login credentials and then click Log In

4. Once you've logged in to Facebook, you will be asked to confirm that you are connecting your Facebook account with RentSpree.

5. You will then be asked to select your user type. Once you have made a selection, the Continue button will light up. Go ahead and click Continue.

That's it! You have successfully created an account using Facebook. You will now be on your Dashboard and can start applying/requesting applications today!
