Q: Why does it say "Undefined Undefined" on my applicant's reports?
My applicant submitted their reports to me but I don't see any information, just "Undefined Undefined" at the top of each report.
A: There was an error generating the reports.
Solution: There was an error generating the reports from TransUnion. While this can be a nuisance, there is a quick fix! Just give us a call at (323) 515-7757 and select option 2 OR email us at Support@rentspree.com and provide us with the applicant's email. We will then contact TransUnion to get them to regenerate the reports!
