Q: Why is there an email address on my dashboard that I do not recognize?
I sent an email request to an applicant and under their name it says "Request Sent." There's a second email that says "Renter has started." I did not send them a request. What is going on?
A1: The applicant is using a different email address than the one you sent a request to.
Solution 1: Sometimes, an applicant will provide one email but use another to sign-up with RentSpree. In this situation, both emails will appear on your dashboard.
