Why does it still say "Request Sent" or "Renter has started" next to some of my applicants?


Q: What is taking my applicants so long?

I sent an email invitation/lease link/handed them a flyer some time ago, but they still show up as  "Request Sent" or "Renter has started" on the dashboard. What is taking them so long?

A: The applicants haven’t signed up and started the application, or they are in the process of completing it.

Solution: While the whole process takes minutes for the applicant, sometimes things come up. Whether it's work, school, or other priorities, they may not be able to finish right away, or even on that same day. If this is an issue, or you would like to know what the delay is, contact the applicant and they can provide more information.
