Syndication is just a fancy word for automatically sharing your listing across multiple platforms at once. When you create a listing in RentSpree, it gets pushed out to top rental sites including Zillow, Redfin, Apartments.com, Zumper, and realtor.com all from a single place, completely free.
That means renters searching for a place on any of those sites can find your property without you having to manage five separate accounts or listings.
How AI helps your listing
RentSpree uses AI to help you build your listing quickly. Once you upload photos of your property, RentSpree gets to work helping you create a polished, complete listing that's ready to go live. You don't need to be a great writer or know anything about marketing to end up with a listing that looks professional.
Photos matter more than anything else. Renters make quick decisions, and listings with clear, well-lit photos get significantly more interest than those without. Before creating your listing, take a few minutes to clean and brighten each room and take photos in natural light. Aim for at least 8–10 photos covering every room, the exterior, and any standout features like a yard, parking, or updated kitchen. RentSpree requires a minimum of 3 photos, but more is always better.
