If a Lula repair didn't fix the problem, Lula sends a pro back out at no extra dispatch fee. Contact Lula Support to set it up. You never contact or pay the pro yourself.
If the problem came back after a Lula repair
- Open the completed job in Messages and note what's still wrong.
- Contact Lula Support 24/7 at 415-582-4609, or submit a ticket at rentspree-lula.freshdesk.com.
- Ask for a follow-up work order. Lula schedules a return visit with your tenant at no extra dispatch fee.
