You'll see pros near your property:
- On every maintenance request from your tenant
- In Rental assistant, when Lula doesn't cover the property's ZIP code
- In Rental assistant, when you choose to handle a repair yourself instead of sending Lula
- In Rental assistant, when you decline Lula's quote
How to find a pro
- Open the maintenance request, or the repair summary in Messages.
- Look for the Find a pro card. Each pro shows their trade, rating, and number of reviews from Thumbtack.
- Select a pro to see their Thumbtack profile, or select See more pros to open a longer list of pros.
- Contact the pro to request an estimate and book the visit. Share the details from the request so they know what to expect.
- Pay the pro directly. Payments to Thumbtack pros don't go through RentSpree.
If the card says No pros found nearby, select Search on Thumbtack to search a wider area.
