Review a repair quote
If a repair will cost more than the not-to-exceed amount Lula sets, Lula's pro sends you a quote and the work waits for you. You approve or reject each task on the quote. Nothing over that amount happens without your OK.
How to review a repair quote
- Open the quote in Messages, or from the text Lula sends you, and select Review.
- Read Why this quote? and each task's labor and material cost.
- Select Approve or Reject on each task.
- Select Confirm. We release your original hold and place a new hold for the approved total. You're charged only when the work is done and passes quality check.
If the pro finds more work needed while on site, Lula calls you and texts you an approval link. The change order is a new quote that replaces the one you approved and updates your hold. Work pauses until you approve it.
If you select Reject all tasks, the job ends. We charge Lula's trip fee from your hold, $75 to $99 and never more than $99, plus any work already done. The trip fee covers the pro's visit and diagnosis. You'll then see pros near your property if you want another option. Find a pro near your property
