Is RentSpree free?

Yes. Listing, screening, collecting rent, and tracking finances are free. Premium features like digital lease signing are part of Landlord PRO, a monthly subscription.

How RentSpree is set up

You start at your Properties dashboard. Each property gets its own space with tabs for its listing, applications, lease, and payments, and the main menu shows your whole portfolio.

If you joined RentSpree through an invitation from your agent, you’ll see the Rental Hub instead, a guided version of the same tools. See getting started as an agent-referred landlord.
