Landlord PRO is RentSpree’s premium plan for landlords: waived rent payment fees, financial reporting, and priority support. RentSpree’s core tools, including lease e-signing, stay free.
What Landlord PRO includes
- Rental assistant: answers your tenant's questions and troubleshoots repairs. Where Lula operates, it sends a vetted pro once you approve.
- Waived ACH fees: the $3 fee on recurring rent payments is waived. For most landlords this alone covers the cost of PRO.
- Earn interest on rent payouts: rent paid into RentSpree Banking earns interest automatically. The rate is variable, depends on your balance, and is set by our banking partner, so it can change.
- Financial reports: clear reports on your rental income.
- Rental performance: see how each property performs over time.
- Rental tax forms (coming soon): year-end tax documents without the spreadsheets.
- Priority phone support: direct phone access to the RentSpree team.

Adding properties, creating and syndicating listings, collecting applications and screening tenants, one-time payment requests, maintenance requests from tenants, basic bookkeeping, and connecting your bank account.
