How much is Landlord PRO?
Landlord PRO includes a 30-day free trial. Users can choose to do a $8.99 monthly subscription or annual, yearly subscription that's prorated at $6.99 a month ($83.88 a year) after the free trial ends.
How do I sign up for Landlord PRO?
Click here to sign up for Landlord PRO. You may be asked to log into your existing account or to sign up for a RentSpree account if you haven't created on already.
I've signed up for Landlord PRO, how do I access the benefits?
Once you've sign up for Landlord PRO, you can access the PRO benefits under the Finance tab on your RentSpree dashboard.
Please note that the ACH fee will automatically be waived after sending a payment collection request.
How do I sign up for RentSpree Money?

How do I track my expenses & rental performance?
All payments collected through RentSpree are automatically logged under the Transactions and Performance page for each rental unit.
For any transactions outside of RentSpree, landlords can manually add income and expenses to their dashboard to track rental performance. To do this please see below:
1. Under the Finance tab click the Transactions button
2. Once on the Transactions page, click Add Transaction
3. Once on the Add transaction section, enter information such as Transaction name, Transaction type, and other information about the transaction. You may also upload a copy of a receipt to have the system automatically pull relevant data to help create the transaction.
4. Once added, the transaction will appear on the Transaction page where you may Edit, Split, or Delete the transaction
5. To view the performance or your rental listing, click the Performance button to view information such as Cash Flow, Income vs. Expenses, Market Value, and more!
How do I view my Financial Performance Reports?
Landlord PRO subscribers can access a dedicated Reports hub to view financial performance reports for your rental properties.
- Log into your RentSpree account at rentspree.com
- Select Finance from the left-side navigation menu
- Select Reports
- Choose from two reports:
- Income Statement (under Profit & Taxes) — See a breakdown of rental income versus operating expenses, and your net income
- Operating Cash Flow (under Cash Flow) — See cash coming in and going out of your properties
- Use the filters to select a Property, Period, and Year
- Click Download CSV to export the report
