Every screening request starts from the full default package. To change what’s included, select Edit on the package summary before sending.
Application type
Choose the Standard rental application (employment, income, rental history, and references), the C.A.R. rental application for California properties, the Texas REALTORS application for Texas properties, or No application for screening reports only. The C.A.R. and Texas versions have their own setup: request a C.A.R. rental application or request the Texas REALTORS application.
Screening reports
The core package is $39.99 and includes the TransUnion credit report, eviction records, and background check.
Advanced Verifications
For $10 more, add income verification, reference check emails, and document requests.
Document requests
Select Customize under document requests to choose what applicants upload: proof of income, bank statements, government-issued ID, W-2s, tax returns, or other. Each type has an instruction field for details like how recent a bank statement should be.
Who pays
The applicant pays the full fee by default. To cover it yourself, select I pay before saving.
