How to request the Texas REALTORS application
You can send the Texas REALTORS rental application to an applicant as part of a screening request. You'll connect your Texas REALTORS membership the first time you add it.
Step 1: Start a screening request
Select Screening from the left menu, then Screen tenants. Enter your information and agree to the TransUnion service agreement if it's your first time.
Step 2: Select a Texas property
Add or select a property listing with a Texas address. The Texas REALTORS application requires a Texas property address.
Step 3: Add the Texas REALTORS application
On the "Confirm what's included" page, select Edit, then under Application Type choose the Texas REALTORS application.
Step 4: Connect your Texas REALTORS membership
Choosing the application prompts you to enter your NRDS ID, brokerage, and last name. This happens once; after your membership is connected, you won't be asked again.
Step 5: Send
Select Next, then share the application link with your applicants by email or text, by copying the link, or with a printable flyer.
