Which fees does Landlord PRO waive?
Landlord PRO (and RentSpree PRO) waives the $3 processing fee on recurring rent payments. The waiver applies to recurring payment requests created after you subscribe.
The waiver covers only the $3 processing fee. If a renter pays by debit or credit card, the 3% card fee still applies. All rent payment fees are listed in one place.
