Ask questions about your lease
You can ask questions about your lease in your RentSpree message thread, and we'll answer from the lease your landlord uploaded. Ask about pets, guests, parking, notice periods, or anything else your lease covers. It's free for you to use.
How to ask
Open your message thread and type your question the way you'd say it out loud. For example: "Can my friend stay with me for 2 weeks and bring their dog?" We'll read your lease and tell you what it says.
If your lease doesn't cover it
We'll tell you the lease doesn't say, rather than guess. From there you can ask your landlord directly.
We can tell you what your lease says. We can't tell you what to do about a legal question, so talk to a lawyer if you need advice about your rights.
Which lease we read
We only use the signed lease your landlord uploaded for your home. If something in it looks wrong or out of date, let your landlord know.
