What happened to RentSpree PRO?
RentSpree PRO is now called Grow. Starting November 5, 2026, every RentSpree PRO feature is part of Grow, along with new tools to help you stay in touch with past clients.
If you had RentSpree PRO
- Your plan moved to Grow automatically, so there's nothing you need to do
- You keep every feature you had, including income verification reports, agent reviews, your custom profile URL, and priority phone support
- Your price and renewal date stay the same, and existing coupon codes still apply

What's new with Grow
Grow adds client signals, lease renewal emails with ready-to-send messages, and landlord market reports. Select Grow in the left sidebar to see them.
What's free now
Uploading leases and collecting e-signatures are free on every plan, including Basic.

Agents can start Grow with a 30-day free trial from the plans page. Landlords who manage their own rentals may prefer Landlord PRO.
