FAQ: Where do the screening reports come from?
The Credit Report, Criminal Background Check and Eviction Related Proceedings are provided by TransUnion
Applicants are asked to provide their Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) in order for TransUnion to generate their reports.
The information on the reports is pulled from national public records related to the SSN or ITIN provided by the applicant.
TransUnion will be updating its Eviction Related Proceeding reporting process on 1/21/25. More information about these changes will be announced shortly.
