How do I use my rewards points?
Spend your Rent Reporting & Rewards points from the Rewards tab in your RentSpree account. You can redeem them for gift cards, home items, or giveaway entries, or save them for a bigger reward.
What you can get
Choose from gift cards from brands like Amazon, Starbucks, and DoorDash, home essentials like kitchen items and electronics, and entries into prize giveaways. New rewards are added regularly. Points can't be cashed out, transferred, or used to pay rent.
After you redeem a reward, you'll get a receipt email with a link to your gift code or barcode.
How giveaways work
Each giveaway entry costs 5 points, and you can enter more than once to improve your chances. Winners are chosen at random after the giveaway closes and are notified by email. This includes a monthly giveaway for a month of free rent. See the free rent giveaway rules.
Do points and rewards expire?
Points can expire if your account is inactive. Claim a redeemed gift card within 8 weeks. Once claimed, gift cards expire after 6 months. You'll always get notice before a reward expires.
If something doesn't look right
If your points balance looks wrong, or a reward hasn't arrived within 14 days, email Piñata at support@pinata.ai with the reward name and redemption date. They can refund your points or reorder the reward at no cost.
