How do I set up, change, or cancel auto-pay?

Auto-pay makes your rent payment automatically each period, so you don't have to remember to pay. You set it up, change it, or cancel it from the same transaction on your dashboard.

Set up auto-pay

1. From your dashboard, select the Rent Payment tab and choose your transaction.
2. On the Transaction page, select Schedule Payment.
3. Follow the prompts to choose when your payments are made and how you'd like to pay. You can schedule payments up to 15 days in advance.

Change or cancel auto-pay

There's no separate edit button — both start the same way, from the transaction:

• To cancel: select Cancel Schedule.
• To change it: select Cancel Schedule, refresh the page, then select Schedule Payment and set up the new schedule.
