How do I turn off rent reporting?

You can turn off rent reporting anytime from your RentSpree account. You'll keep your rewards and your points, but your on-time payments will stop being reported to the credit bureaus.

How to turn off rent reporting

1. Log in to RentSpree and go to Payments.
2. Select the Rent reporting tab.
3. Turn off rent reporting and confirm.

You can also contact RentSpree support and ask us to turn it off for you.

After you turn it off, your credit reporting account is closed and no new payments are reported. Payments already reported stay on your credit report. You'll earn 10 points for each on-time payment instead of 60. You can turn rent reporting back on after 6 months.
