Financial Performance Reports are now available for Landlord PRO subscribers! Under the Finance tab, select Reports to access:
- Income Statement (under Profit & Taxes) — See a breakdown of your rental income versus operating expenses and your net income
- Operating Cash Flow (under Cash Flow) — Track cash coming in and going out of your properties
