Distribute is a RentEdge feature offered through participating MLSs. If your MLS includes it, listings you create in your MLS sync to RentSpree automatically and syndicate to partner rental sites. If you’re not sure whether your MLS participates, contact support to confirm.
How to syndicate an MLS listing

On the MLS dashboard, select Yes to use RentSpree screening when creating your lease listing

After entering all your listing details and publishing your listing, it will automatically publish to partner sites

Why can’t I edit my MLS listing details in RentSpree? Listings created in a participating MLS are updated in your MLS, and changes automatically appear in RentSpree. If your MLS doesn’t offer RentEdge with Distribute, your MLS listings don’t sync, so you can create and update your listings directly in RentSpree.

Why can’t I find my MLS listings in RentSpree? Make sure you’re logged into RentSpree with the same email tied to your MLS account. Also note that off-market listings in your MLS will not appear as active properties in RentSpree.
