Can I cancel or delete a screening request?

Once you’ve invited someone to apply, the request can’t be canceled or withdrawn, and a submitted application can’t be deleted either. What to do depends on why you want to cancel.

If the property is no longer available

Deactivate the listing so no one else can apply. See how to update or edit your listing.

If you sent the request to the wrong email

Send a new request to the correct address. See how to create a screening request.

Old submissions clear out on their own: TransUnion screening reports expire after 30 days.
