Do screening reports expire?

Yes. TransUnion screening reports expire 30 days after they’re generated, per TransUnion’s rules, because the underlying information can change quickly.

To keep reports longer, print or save them as a PDF before they expire. After 30 days the reports are no longer available on your dashboard, and the applicant’s status shows Report expired.
