Refer a colleague to RentSpree

Refer and earn rewards you 2 ways: a $25 gift card when an agent you refer completes their first screening report, and a $50 Visa gift card when you set up recurring rent payments for a landlord client. Both rewards are sent by email.

How to earn $25 by referring an agent

1. Log in to RentSpree and select Refer and earn in the navigation bar.
2. Under Refer an agent, enter their email address and select Send invite.

Once they sign up and receive their first completed screening report, we email you a link to claim your $25 gift card. You choose the card from the Tremendous catalog.

How to earn $50 setting up rent payments

1. Log in to RentSpree and select Refer and earn in the navigation bar.
2. Under Properties ready to set up, find your client's property and select Set up payment.
3. Enter the rent amount and schedule. Set up recurring rent payments walks through each step.

Your landlord finishes the setup on their side. After their first rent payment is processed and paid out to them, we email you a link to claim your $50 Visa gift card, and their rent processing fee is waived for 6 months. The waiver is applied automatically. Landlords on Landlord PRO aren't eligible for the waiver.
