What is it?
- The C.A.R. application now includes an option to enter if you receive any government subsidies.
Why does it matter?
- This update allows applicants receiving government subsidies to provide that information on the C.A.R. Rental Application (LRA).
How does it work?
- Renters will need to check the box for rent subsidies and then enter the program name and amount they receive per month.
Who gets it?
- All renters completing the C.A.R. application will see this option when completing the application.
