Why does it matter?
- To improve application completion rates, RentSpree has moved the document upload step to a later stage. Applicants will complete the rental application, credit report, and checkout steps before uploading documents. This is to improve flow and completion rates across the platform.
Who gets it?
- All renters who are requested to complete docs.
