If you are an Agent/Landlord who needs to void a Lease Agreement before your applicant signs it, you can do this by going to the Property Address and selecting Rental Documents. From here you can choose the Transaction with the Lease Agreement you want to Void.
Please note that documents that all parties already signed requested CANNOT be voided through RentSpree. If you are the Applicant or Signee, please note that RentSpree CANNOT remove your signature from any e-signed document.
Please read through each document before signing and agreeing to the terms.
How to Void and Delete a Lease Agreement
1. After logging in, select the Properties tab
2. Select the Property address that the lease agreement is under
3. Select the Lease tab
4. Find the Lease that was created and click the ellipsis button - Select Void
5. A pop up will appear to enter a reason the document is being voided - once entered click Void document
6. You will now see the document status as Voided
