What is the difference between RentSpree and TransUnion?

TransUnion generates the screening reports. RentSpree is the platform you use to run screening and manage the rest of the rental. TransUnion provides the data; RentSpree provides everything around it.

Because RentSpree isn't a credit reporting agency, it uses TransUnion to produce the credit report, background check, and eviction records. Beyond those reports, RentSpree adds:
