Grow is a monthly subscription for agents that helps you stay in touch with past clients and be there for their next move. It starts with a 30-day free trial.

What Grow includes

Client signals: see which renters may be ready to buy and when their leases end, on the Grow page and each contact page.
Renewal emails: before a client's lease ends, we email you their signals and a ready-to-send message.
Landlord market reports: branded market updates for your landlord clients.
Your professional brand: a custom profile URL and agent reviews on your Professional Profile.
Screening tools: income verification reports, document upload, and auto-reference checks on every screening.
Priority phone support: a dedicated line to the RentSpree team.
Everything in Landlord PRO: waived $3 recurring rent payment fees, interest on RentSpree Banking balances, financial reports, rental performance tracking, and Rental assistant for maintenance requests and tenant messages.

Grow costs $19.99/month, or $15.83/month billed annually.

Everything free stays free: listing and syndication, collecting applications, screening, e-sign, and rent collection.

Your plan is now Grow. You keep every feature you had, and your price stays the same.

How to subscribe

Select the menu arrow in the top right of your dashboard, then Manage Subscription. Choose Billed monthly or Billed annually, then select Start 30-day free trial under Grow. Enter your payment details to finish.

Landlord PRO or Grow?

Landlord PRO is for landlords. Grow is for agents and includes everything in Landlord PRO. Compare plans on the plans page.
