Use the Grow page

The Grow page shows your past renter and landlord clients, when their leases are likely to end, and signals that point to their next move. Select Grow in the left sidebar to open it.

How to use the Grow page

Select Grow in the left sidebar.
Check the boxes at the top: Lease renewals (leases ending in the next 90 days), Buyer signals (renters with a Strong or Moderate signal), Pricing reviews (landlords, starting November 23), and Untapped contacts. The Coming soon box previews new leads with Grow+.
Filter the list by All, Renters, Landlords, or Other.
For each contact, review Timing, Signal, and Last contacted. Timing shows the lease end date you added, such as Lease ends Dec 25, or our estimate, such as Lease ends around Dec. If you see No lease date, select Add date.
Select Message to email that contact a ready-to-send message or one you write yourself.
To add a contact, select Add contact in the top right of the Grow page.

Contacts from your applications and listings are added automatically. Contacts you add yourself get signals once they apply or list through RentSpree.

Without a Grow subscription, the Grow page still lists your contacts and shows how many are untapped, but Timing, Signal, and the other boxes are locked. Select Unlock Grow to subscribe, or See what's included to compare plans.
