Your Rental Hub is the home base your agent set up for you. It tracks your move-in progress and surfaces one next step at a time, so you always know what to do.
The four parts of your Hub
- Your next action (top center): one prompt telling you the single thing to do right now.
- Your path to first rent (center): a 12-step move-in checklist in four phases: find your tenant, lock in the lease, get paid, and hand over the keys. Some steps belong to your agent; the rest you can start whenever you’re ready.
- Your move-in progress (right): a score showing how far along you are. You start at 20% because your agent already listed the property and collected applications.
- Your agent (right): your agent’s profile, with a Message button to reach them without leaving your workspace.
How your Hub moves forward
Each time you complete a step, it’s checked off, your progress advances, and the next action updates. Your agent sees your progress too, so they always know where things stand.
