How to Register for Landlord PRO

How do I sign up for Landlord PRO?

1. Sign in to your RentSpree account

2. In the top-right corner, click the drop-down arrow and select Manage Pro

   

3. On the Manage Pro page, you’ll see the option to sign up for Landlord PRO either monthly or annually

    

   

   • Landlord PRO comes with a 30-day free trial

   • It includes everything in your basic account, plus additional features:

     • Earn up to 3% interest on payments collected when using RentSpree Money

     • Waived ACH fees

     • Upload Lease

     • Collect e-signatures

     • Bookkeeping and financial reports

     • Track rental performance

     • Rental Tax Forms 9 (coming soon)

     • Priority phone support

4. Click Start 30-Day Free Trial to begin. You’ll need to enter your card information to activate the trial

   

5. Once your subscription is active, a pop-up will confirm your subscription status, and you’ll receive a welcome email for Landlord PRO
