How to Create a Professional Profile

RentSpree offers agents the ability to create a Professional Profile—a dedicated page that showcases your contact information, your brokerage details, and highlights your experience and expertise.

Your profile is public-facing, searchable on major search engines, and easy to share with your network to help generate leads. Visitors can contact you directly from the page, and it will also appear to applicants when they apply to your property.

How to Create a Professional Profile

To create a profile, you must have a RentSpree account and be logged in.

1. Once you're notified via email about a submitted review or to check all your reviews, go to the Marketing tab and select the Professional profile button
   
   

   

2. Add a profile and cover photo: Upload a profile photo to show potential leads who you are, and personalize your page with a splashy cover photo
   
   
3. Write an intro:  Create a professional headline and biography to describe yourself 
4. Get Verified: Boost your trustworthiness by verifying your account with Plaid, which will add a Verified badge to your Branding Page. Accounts that have previously screened tenants on RentSpree will be verified already.
5. Experience & Certifications: Highlight your years of experience, real estate and brokerage licenses, and any certifications you may own
6. Expertise: Focus on your real estate, location, and language specializations
7. Contact Info: Feature your phone number, email address, social media and web links, as well as your brokerage information
8. Post Reviews: With RentSpree PRO, you can post Agent Reviews submitted by applicant's you've worked with previously

Available Active Listings

Also available on your Professional Profile are the active Listing Pages you can create on your RentSpree account.
