FAQ: How come my physical RentSpree Money debit card doesn't work?
RentSpree Money provides physical debits cards for external purchases. If the card does not work, please troubleshoot with the following methods:
- Activate Your Physical Debit Card: Once you RentSpree Dashboard, activate the physical debit card once it's been received and delivered

 - Add Funds to Your Debit Card: Click here to find more information on adding funds to your RentSpree Money account
 - Ensure Your Card has not been Closed: Under the Cards section, ensure the card has not been previously Closed or reported as Lost or Stolen
