RentSpree PRO is a subscription-based service that provides additional features to your RentSpree account

RentSpree PRO includes the following features:

  • Customized Agent Profile URL
  • Agent Reviews
  • Income Verification Report
  • Rental Document Upload
  • Auto Reference Checks
  • E-Sign Documents
  • Priority Support Phone Line

Subscribing to RentSpree PRO

  1. Login to your RentSpree account
  2. Click on the down arrow on the top right of your dashboard and select Manage Pro

3. From the Subscription page, select the Monthly or Yearly plan & click on Start 30-Day Free Trial

4. You'll then be directed to the payment page to finalize the RentSpree Pro subscription

Can I use RentSpree PRO on a one-time basis?

RentSpree PRO is a subscription-based service with unlimited uses for every service and product. However, at this time, PRO cannot be used on a one-time basis, but please take advantage of the 30-day free trial or select the Income Verification Report for the applicant to pay when initiating a screening.
