Jurisdictions with Conditional Acceptance Restrictions
Certain jurisdictions require landlords to make a conditional acceptance decision before accessing eviction or background checks. In these areas, some reports will only be available after a conditional acceptance has been made to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. Please refer to official government resources for the most up-to-date information:

How to Conditionally Accept Submissions on the RentSpree Dashboard
Once an applicant has completed a submission, it will be available to view on your RentSpree dashboard after it's been conditionally accepted:
1. When opening a report from an area that requires conditional acceptance, a message will appear to conditional accept before viewing the TransUnion screening reports - Click the View Report button
2. A pop up will appear to verify the conditional acceptance
Once the report has been accepted, you will be able to view, print, and share it on the RentSpree dashboard.
