FAQ: Are payments sent automatically, or does the renter have to initiate a payment each month?
Renters who utilize Rent Payment with RentSpree will need to initiate each payment from their dashboard.
Renters who utilize Rent Payment with RentSpree will need to log into their RentSpree account and initiate payment. However, the renter has the option to set up multiple payments that will be initiated on each scheduled monthly due date. Once each payment has been initiated, the funds will be in the landlord's account within 7 business days after the scheduled pay date.
