FAQ: Are payments sent automatically, or does the renter have to initiate a payment each month?

Renters who utilize Rent Payment with RentSpree will need to log into their RentSpree account and initiate payment.

However, the renter has the option to set up automatic payments up to 15 days in advance of the scheduled payment.
