A Guide to Syndicating Your RentSpree Listing
Rentspree now syndicates your listings to multiple rental sites.
Syndicating a RentSpree Listing
- After completing a Listing Page in RentSpree, you will see that we have syndicated your listing to Red Fin, Zumper, Uloop, Rent.com, Apartment Guide, and Rentals.com.
-
Once on the Listing Management page for your listing, you'll be able to turn on/off the listing syndication with the Listing Syndication widget. You can also edit the contact info that appears on the partner sites
- Please know that the listing will go live on the partner's site within a few hours (up to six hours). In rare cases, a listing partner may not post the listing based on certain criteria, such as content guidelines or already having the listing from another source.
-
After turning off the syndication, it may take a few hours for the listing to be inactive from the listing sites
