[Listing Management] Landlords can Syndicate their RentSpree Listing
Listing Syndication is currently in Beta and may not be available to select RentSpree users
What is it?
Landlords can now syndicate their listings to Rent.com, Rentals.com, Redfin, and Apartment Guide when creating a Listing Page through RentSpree.
Why does it matter?
- Increased Visibility: Syndicating listings across multiple platforms broadens your exposure to a wider audience. By appearing on various websites, listings have a higher chance of being seen by potential customers or clients.
- Time and Cost Efficiency: Instead of manually uploading listings to multiple websites, syndication allows for automatic distribution. This saves time and resources.
- Consistent Information: Syndication helps ensure that the listing information remains consistent across different platforms. This consistency is essential for maintaining trust with customers or clients and avoiding confusion or discrepancies.
How does it work?
- After completing a Listing Page in RentSpree, you will now see that we have syndicated your listing to Rent.com, Rentals.com, Redfin, and Apartment Guide
-
Once on the Listing Management page for your listing, you'll be able to turn on/off the listing syndication with the Listing Syndication widget. You can also edit the contact info that appears on the partner sites
-
Please note that after turning off the syndication, it may take a few hours for the listing to be inactive from the listing sites
-
Who gets it?
All Landlords creating a listing page in RentSpree can now syndicate their listings
