Where is the invoice/receipt for the screening reports?

Q: I paid for the screening reports, where is the receipt?

I requested to pay for the reports myself instead of my applicant but I need an invoice or receipt. Where is it?

A: When you pay for the screening reports, you will receive an email that says SCREENING CONFIRMATION FOR [Insert Property Address Here] with the receipt/invoice.

Solution: Located at the bottom of this email, below the Access my Dashboard button, is an invoice that includes:

  1. Rental application (if applicable)
  2. Individual reports submitted (credit, criminal, and/or eviction)
  3. Amount per report
  4. Total amount paid
  5. Card used

You can then print the invoice for your records!
