FAQ: Where is the invoice/receipt for the screening reports?
When you pay for the screening reports, you will receive an email that says "SCREENING CONFIRMATION FOR [Insert Property Address Here]" with the receipt/invoice.
Located at the bottom of this email, below the Access My Dashboard button, is an invoice that includes:
- Rental application (if applicable)
- Individual reports submitted (credit, criminal, and/or eviction)
- Amount per report
- Total amount paid
- Card used
You can then print the invoice for your records!
