What to do when you see no information populating on admin
Whenever you are speaking to an agent and you cannot see their information populate in Agent Information here are the steps to take:
- Go back to HubSpot and make sure they have received an email about opening reports, and are registered as an agent.
- Is the agent on the renter page currently? Ask for a screenshot if you need to and have it sent to your email. Have the agent click on their name at the top right-hand corner and in the drop-down menu the final option will say "Agent? Click Here". This will bring them to their agent dashboard.
- Refresh the admin and you should now see all Agent Information.
