Submitting two applications under the same account

Applicant is attempting to submit two applications under the same account

Each applicant must use his/her own email address and separate account to apply.

Sometimes, there may be more than one applicant applying for a property. The way RentSpree is designed, each applicant needs to have their own account with us. This system in place for privacy and security reasons since the information from the application is saved to the account.

Applicants only have one email

We understand that not everyone has an email address. Unfortunately, in order to utilize our service, each applicant is required to have one to create an account with us. For help in creating an email account, please see Creating an Email Address.
