I submitted but am still receiving reminder emails
Q: Why am I still receiving the reminder emails?
I thought I submitted already but I keep getting emails asking me to finish my application. Do I need to submit again?
A: You can ignore the reminder emails and can click "I'm no longer interested" in the email to stop them from coming.
Solution: Sometimes an agent will send multiple requests, or send an invitation to an email address that is not used to sign up for our site. When this happens, reminder emails will be sent out for 3 days. If you have successfully submitted but are still receiving them, you can ignore or click on I'm no longer interested.
