Navigating through the Overview page of a listing

Here's a quick guide on how to navigate through listings and tabs on the overview page of RentSpree

After you have clicked on a property you will see the overview page that shows you three different actions that you can carry out:

• Screen a new tenant - invite a prospective tenant to apply through RentSpree
• E-Sign Documents - upload your lease and send it over to the tenants to fill out and sign
• Rent Estimate - get a report on the rental price of your property

You can navigate through them on the left side menu or you can click directly on them as the image below shows.
