I did not receive a submission confirmation email
Q: Why have I not received a notification email?
I have submitted my application and/or reports but have not received any notification emails that I should be receiving. Why?
A: You might want to double check your spam/junk mail folders to see if they're ending up in there. If so, be sure to mark any as "not spam" so they won't end up there in the future.
Solution: Sometimes, if an email comes from someone not in your contacts, it gets sent to your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there and mark any email from Rentspree.com as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk."
If our email is not found there, then it means that you need to whitelist our domain. To do this, you would simply need to add the email Support@rentspree.com to your contact list in your email account. This should allow any emails from RentSpree.com to come through and since we will now be a contact, they will come to your inbox and not your spam/junk folders.
