What do I enter under previous residence on the rental application?
Q: What do I enter in the previous residence section?
I have only lived at one residence and am being required to enter information for a previous residence. How can I bypass this?
A: Select the appropriate status under the "Housing Type" drop-down selection.
Solution: In the residence section, there is a "Housing Type" option where you can select your housing status. For the previous residence, the options are:
- Rental Property
- Owner Occupied
Selecting None will allow you to proceed without asking for information that does not exist. However, the listing agent may still ask for more information and/or paperwork based on what you provide here.
