A Guide to Accessing Your Online Application

Accessing your online application is quick and simple!

  1. Log in with the account you used to submit the reports.
  2. Once logged in, click on MY DASHBOARD.
  3. Depending on what reports you submitted, you will see VIEW MY APPLICATION, VIEW MY REPORT(S), or both.
  4. Click on the report you'd like to view.
