Why is my name wrong on the application?
Q: Why is the name on the application different than what it should be?
The name I entered when filling out the application is not the name that appeared on it. Why is that?
A: Ask your agent to send another request for only the rental application.
Solution: Sometimes, a convenient idea can turn into an inconvenient situation. When auto-fill is turned on, selecting an auto-fill from a drop-down menu will likely cause other (already entered) information to change. To avoid this in the future, please do not select any auto-fill information when filling out an application and/or reports. To fix this, ask your agent to send another request for only the rental application and you will be able to edit the incorrect information.
